Gymnastics Ontario (G.O.) Insurance fees are non- refundable and must be renewed every gymnastics year.

Rock & Gold Gymnastics Membership
Rock & Gold Gymnastics Inc (R&GG) Membership Fees are non-refundable and must be renewed every gymnastics year.

All Classes – REFUNDS
- There are no refunds, credits or makeup classes for missed lessons
Refunds for classes will only be given for the following extenuating circumstances and will be calculated based on the date notified of termination to the end of term (excluding the G.O. & R&GG fees);
- Injury at our facility to which there will be a doctor’s note stating the athlete cannot continue the sport for the remainder of the season or period of time,
- Concussion, sprain, strain or break of bones, joints, muscles during the gymnastics activities in our facility with a doctor’s note stating the time span that must be taken off.
- Families that are moving out of town
Private, Semi-Private Lessons & Birthday Parties
All Private, Semi- Private lessons and Birthday Parties may be refunded with a minimum of 48 hours of notice. This includes lesson price only.
Service Fee
There will be a $5.00 service fee for any and all who qualify for refunds including but not limited to; Class registrations, Drop-in registrations, Insurance and membership fees, Birthday Parties.
Rights to Deny Services
Rock & Gold Gymnastics reserves the right to deny services provided by Rock & Gold Gymnastics to any person for the following reasons:
Including but not limited to:
1) an outstanding account with Rock & Gold Gymnastics
2) demonstration of unsportsmanlike, unsafe or unlawful behaviour deemed to be detrimental to a person or persons or equipment at Rock & Gold Gymnastics, or the integrity of any program / service provided by Rock & Gold Gymnastics
